This record is five tracks that kind of grew on their own over 2025 and ended up sitting together naturally. Each one started life as a single, released at different times, different moods, but they all share the same headspace. Now they run front to back like one long thought.
Greg’s singing is up front, with guitar lines looping and folding back on themselves through the Line6 DL4, stretching moments until they blur. Some sections repeat, not because they have to, but because they feel good staying there a bit longer.
Reg Bourne’s modular synth moves quietly through most of the album, shifting textures underneath everything, sometimes steady, sometimes unpredictable, always pushing the songs somewhere slightly sideways. Collaborations with rnillennial and Rijo Beats bring extra angles and energy without breaking the flow.
It’s not loud, not rushed, and not trying too hard. Just five tracks, made over time, now finally sitting together in one place, sounding like they were meant to be heard this way.
