Open edition

Sueño con salones llenos is the second album by Aeronave Adolescente, a record that stands as a generational portrait and places intimacy at the center of a deeply contemporary discourse.
The album was born in a room of one’s own—that space where the personal becomes political again—but it was written with the window open: a window reflecting the same image recognized by so many young people today. Cities that, between precarious jobs and exorbitant rents, have gradually buried any expectation of the future in concrete.
Sonically, Sueño con salones llenos moves within a slacker rock framework where intimacy coexists with clear melodies and a recognizable generational pulse. These are songs born from the domestic and the confessional, carrying the lo-fi warmth and emotional frankness associated with Casiotone For The Painfully Alone, while opening toward a broader narrative shaped by repetition, fatigue, and everyday lucidity in the vein of Car Seat Headrest.
Between guitars and synthesizers appear flashes of melodic clarity and pop lightness with a subtle critical undertone, close to the spirit of Stereolab, alongside a relaxed, slightly rough, and unpretentious attitude with echoes of Pavement. The result is a record that feels close and recognizable, built from intimacy yet attentive to what is happening outside.

“a fragile present we can still inhabit”

Faced with this landscape, the album refuses surrender. Its songs remind us that there is still a present we can inhabit: a fragile but living territory where we are still here, and where it is even possible to dance—even if it is on the ashes of a better future.
This tension between exhaustion and resistance runs through the project, sustaining it in an emotional balance that turns vulnerability into a form of shared strength.
The songs move forward like bodies eroded by life, crossed by parallel lines that leave openings through which the album’s melodies and harmonies slip in. Through those openings, the music illuminates what we thought was lost and returns to us a kinder, lighter image of ourselves.
The project first revealed itself with the singles “V.M.D.” and “El día de la marmota II”, two pieces that anticipated the emotional pulse of the full record.
Produced alongside Pablo Rego, with mixing and mastering by Aaron Morris, the album consolidates a distinctive sonic language that moves from emotional urgency to luminous introspection.
With a sensitivity that connects deeply with the lived experiences of a generation, Sueño con salones llenos stands as a declaration of presence: a reminder that we are still here, attentive to what breaks and what persists, finding in music a place where it is still possible to remain.
