Across centuries, long gone by
Veils of soul, that may rise
Fables untold, of grandeur
Chessboard 'neath, whereabouts
Ancient plea of foals & moulds
Traces retching, yet to hold
Knights - lore - forever year
Endless span in empty bam.
Self-absorbed shadows stretch in their peeled skin, wrapped in the habitude of shred chains. Elusive crate in the constant shelling for intrinsic freedom, whilst devouring figures blind a grander field in the stir - Inertia, where compulsion dispels its thorny strands - A lone roar in a fenceless herd.
Jonas Raudonius is Lithuania based electronic music composer and Black Wave events and podcasts series curator. The immensely cinematic sound of 'Imaginary Freedom', developed from creating soundtracks for various theatre performances and movies, syncs together the lines between Moog Modular System, live instruments, field recordings - coalescing together organic and electronic frequencies.
