“The Ghost of the Russian Manor” is a project by musicians Alexey Tilly and Dmitry Spurv. At its core is an attempt to give voice to architecture, adding spatial collages to old Russian cities. The Ghost of the Russian Manor is a geographical project, with its sonic research focused on the following cities: Uglich, Tver, Vladimir, Suzdal and Yaroslavl.

The first impressionistic sound collage is dedicated to Uglich. In two pieces, the musicians use synthesizers and guitar to convey the grandeur and at the same time the fragility of old estates sinking into the fog.
