“Motor” is the first single from the first Gribblepunk outfit. MØTHS are the first band in the Gribblepunk genre, merging punk rock with the warped, lo-fi aesthetics of Gribbleschnift.

Released as a precursor to their 2026 debut album entitled "Music Is a Moral Law", Motor leans fully into a DIY, anti-polished approach. The track’s vocals sit at the intersection of gribbly distortion and punk aggression, with a faint Gorillaz 2-D–esque character cutting through the layers of effects and shouted delivery, setting the tone for the album to follow.
