It all started on October 16, 2025, on an international Discord server focused on experimental music. There, I asked several musicians if they would like to be part of this project. After a subsequent draw for the album's theme, six people decided to participate in the project "The Endless Tea Rooms In Abstract Western" – namely: Chromarius, Patricidal Jubliee, Zeph!, u_u*, Iyro, The Icebreaker, and of course myself, HïdeѲut. The goal I came up with and assigned was to create a song of any genre, but everyone had to project their idea of what the theme or idea of "The Endless Tea Rooms In Abstract Western" means or represents to them. The song also included a short interlude. It was actually a so-called "SoundJam" – we had a month to complete this project.
After completing all the songs, we held a streamed listening party for all of our songs (which we hadn't heard until that day). This was followed by the visual part of the album. The hand-painted cover of the album was created by the renowned Czech conceptual and visual artist Jiří Černický and then graphically processed by the Czech graphic designer and emerging fashion designer Haruhi_Tan. Jiří Černický created the album under the same assignment: "What do you imagine when you hear the phrase The Endless Tea Rooms In Abstract Western?" The album cover is also inspired by 1980s art—specifically, the poster "Store Automation Show 1986," which was submitted by the author u_u* as a design.
In conclusion, a total of seven musicians participated in the creation of this unusual album: two from the Czech Republic (HïdeѲut, Iyro), two from Canada (Patricidal Jubilee, Chromarius), and three from the USA (Zeph!, u_u*, The Icebreaker).
Here is the exact wording of Jiří Černický's idea for the cover:
The idea for the album cover is based on balancing two different principles. On the one hand, there is the intimacy associated with drinking tea during a tea ceremony, which is usually a very personal and private event. On the other hand, there is the impression of immensity associated with the endless space of the Wild West. This second, contrasting emotion is represented by the red sun on the horizon, towards which the western railroad tracks lead. Two dominant motifs of the entire composition are placed on the imaginary plane of the horizon, but also of meaning. From a distance, they may resemble Yin-Yang, the symbol of two connected parts of a whole from traditional Chinese philosophy. The magnificent sun forms half of a red circle, and on the opposite side, an identically sized white semicircle of a porcelain teacup represents intimacy. Both principles thus complement each other in perfect harmony. In addition, both dominant motifs are developed into a spatial composition of the overall format. From the sun, therefore, rails pointing to the industrial revolution lead to the viewer. Contrastingly, but similarly dynamically, steam emerges from the teacup with a dragon, representing the naturalness of untamed nature. The viewer can thus observe how immense clouds arise from the fragrant, subtle steam of tea.
The subsequent font and entire graphic design were designed and created by Czech artist and fashion designer Haruhi_Tan.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in this wonderful project for their participation, excellent and first-class communication, and amazingly crafted works and compositions into which they put their heart, soul, and imagination. It is interesting that these compositions fit together even though each was created in a different part of the world. I would also like to thank the creator of the Discord server "Experimental Music" (yes, I'm talking to you, Marvis) for creating a channel for us to discuss and organize the entire album, because without him (even though he did not personally participate) this work would never have been released. And above all, thank you to those of you who bought our album, wrote a comment, or even just read this far.
Thank you, take care, and see you next time!
