Flipping through hundreds of Ableton Live projects from the 2010s, deleterolf finds forgotten ideas and brings them back to life. Through a practice of reimagining and reinterpreting the discarded and (almost) deleted, Rolf Laureijs crafts emotionally raw yet thoughtfully produced pop songs. Stemming from what is both a creative play with signs and meanings, as well as a self-healing dialogue with a younger self, deleterolf's music evokes an ambiguous sense of nostalgia – as if listening to your long forgotten TEENAGE ANGST RADIO SONGS.
