With each passage of human growth we must shed a protective structure. We are left exposed and vulnerable - but also yeasty and embryonic again, capable of stretching in ways we hadn't known before. One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again, as fear must be overcome again and again. Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change."
