This piece is a homage to my habit of collecting trash from the streets and finding ways to give it new life. I’m always discovering objects that spark inspiration in me. I made this work after finding an old Macintosh with its front part missing. There was something so beautiful and nostalgic about looking into this old “brain”, seeing all the colors inside and even the corrosion it had probably developed after being outside for some time.

I tried to translate those unpolished feelings into a sound piece.
The work is divided into six parts, each one made from an original recording of a found object. Every section reflects the feeling of discovering that object in the streets and letting it evolve into its own emotional frequency palette.


I dedicate this piece to all my previous and future roommates who had to or will have to tolerate my excusable artistic hoarding practice.
