This is the second single off my upcoming EP, which I wrote when travelling through America in March of this year. I'd had these lyrics written for a while - they came out of a period of time when I had felt stuck/ stagnant and then met a bunch of new people who helped me free-up again. It's about moving through life with different people by your side, who unlock new things within you.

When I read the lyrics aloud to The Still Brothers (who have produced the whole EP) they instantly played that guitar riff back at me, which really quickly made the song what it is now. I love the quality that recording to tape has given the final track – it has a very specific mood and ambience.
