‘Getting By’ is an introspective 2 sided single; by London based Artist Graver.
The title track- ‘Getting by’- an uplifting mover, inspired by the nostalgic energy of 90s boom bap, with melodies of modern R&B. A collaboration between Graver and Artist/ Beatmaker GBYCE(930), this track marks the beginning of a new chapter in Graver’s sound. With soulful bounce and raw vocal quality, ‘Gettin by’ aims to bring an earnest tone to vibrant Hip-Hop.
‘West’- the second track, is a dark, rap focused interlude. Produced by designer Finlay West, The busy instrumental and oscillating synths juxtapose the brightness of track 1, and highlight the dexterity of Graver’s sound.
