PL1.5
Originally intended as bonus material for promo tapes of PLÉÏÀDES — also known as PL1; this shorter opus can be seen as a reiteration of the first: not as a sequel, nor a companion piece, even less a new version, more like a redo in the eternal return of a flaming sheet of paper yielded from a tree grown of an ash-fed land, each time delivering a unique whisper of all the meaning it bore.
« Here, another take on listening what our material life has to tell us about what we think we run. In a society people can be silently treated as muted cogs, why not pay attention to what material could shout, to the scream of the always less and less considered support of our daily damaging life?
Figures after figures, a further facet, a refreshed fragment translating our common bonds completes the universal tale of the ever-growing surge held within our ribs in front of the cold realm of our time. Can you tell which part is the moaning synth, which is the stretched cry of pain, who of man or machine curses the other the deeper? In the end, which is the most radiant, the most burnt electrical resistance component in the holistic engine resetting with loss the world at every second? »

PL1.5 – Tape limited-to-1-copy
« How do you mark off waste from resources? Why would you consider ripped off material not being a part of the artefact you were crafting, even though it was not initially planned as something to be shown?
Who can you call responsible as long as you do not pay attention to every single bit of material needed in order to create anything new, any work or piece of art, which you only pretend to gather and get in shape?
The whole world is a limited amount of waste — or patrimony, as long as you can relate to a global tale of our species. All space melt in time, the world is a limited edition; and you have to face with valor the universal issue that every single one of us is accountable for what they are, what they’re becoming, and what becomes what they chose to become. Eventually, the choices you did not make, just like the things you did not plan to make, tell as much as what you think you managed to craft. No will involved to realize art is merely any piece of thing, and anything is part of a collective unintended piece of art. »
