“The Halcyon Waterfall [CODENAME_FAILED DESERT MEMORY]” 🟥 started as a collab with desert sand feels warm at night 🔶 but it kinda sucked for that, so I ruined it 🟦 with the Fire-Toolz treatment! 🔸 “Failed Desert Memory” was the fitting working title & “The Halcyon Waterfall” is a phrase I made up 🟩 & had stuck in my head 🤍 since I was a pre-teen ☮️ No idea what it means 🟨
“Life” is a Trammell Starks cover 💟 His version was commissioned for 🟧 & originally appeared on the Weather Channel’s Local On The 8s broadcasts ♦️

The song contains a clip of a voice message 🔥 left by a vet 🟠 to deliver the good news 🌪 that my dear Süki’s bloodwork 👻 came back looking great 🫥 Receiving that message was severely relieving 🪸 during a time 🚥 of stomach-churning anxiety 🌈 & fear 🐙 As I type this 🦋 he’s laying on my lap 🪼 fast asleep 💚 still relatively healthy 🍄 all things considered ☀️ (he’s 18 now!) 🪱
