Louisa is an emerging singer, songwriter and producer based in Eora/Sydney. After years of writing on guitar, Louisa fell headfirst into the world of electronic music production, honing her skills and developing her voice at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Taking notes from visionaries like Caroline Polachek, FKA Twigs and Kelela, Louisa crafts her own ethereal blend of electronic-pop, characterised by her soft, melodic vocals and visceral, driving production.

Her debut single 'Why Don't You Want Me?’ announces Louisa as an already distinct voice in the Sydney scene. Accompanied by just a distorted 808 and a choir of Imogen Heap-esque chanting vocals, what starts as a moody and minimalist track builds to a dizzying climax. Written, produced, mixed & mastered by the artist in her bedroom studio, 'Why Don't You Want Me?' is a slow-burn lament on the painful transition from attention to rejection.
