I am coming home from spending three weeks in beautiful Banff, on the side of the Sacred Buffalo Guardian Mountain, surrounded by music and beautiful people, where I recorded these two tracks.

The first track I recorded through my laptop microphone on a lonely Sunday morning, with Sulphur Mountain looking over me through my studio window.

The second track is an iphone recording I took of the saxophone ensemble at our first rehearsal when I brought this song to them. I am grateful for all the beautiful energy they brought into playing this song.

Thank you to everyone I met at Banff, for your openness, generosity, love and music.
