My life with Bipolar 1 and ADHD means I’m always in motion, and these diagnoses actually inspire countless creative projects that reflect the glimmering chaos I live through.

In October 2024, I released my debut single, “What Color Are Your Sunsets?”, a deeply emotional song that relays a decade of mental health struggles, spiritual awakenings, and soul-rebuilding. My music reflects this journey, shaped by influences like Harry Styles, Stevie Nicks, Boygenius, David Bowie, and Kacey Musgraves.
