Following their debut EP in 2024 and the rollout of Home-listening Plaza, Kognes Park treats this release as a continuation rather than a sequel. Instead of moving forward alone, they invite collaborators they trust: Love as Punishment, Baldi Calvianca (Strange Fruit), Tacbo, XANDEGA, and Guling. Each brings their own grammar — from warped pop sensibility to abstract rhythm, esoteric electronic and diffuse atmosphere — resulting in five reinterpretations that feel personal, not performative. It’s friends talking over the same source material, each from a different room.
