Following his 2021 debut album Thoughts on the Top Floor, Janson returns with The River, his most introspective and dreamlike work yet. The album drifts seamlessly through layers of abstract tape loops, expansive piano compositions, and immersive field recordings from his travels in the Pacific Northwest.
