"Brucia, Coltrane" is the fourth improvisation from "Brucia". It draws inspiration from the popular jazz standard "My Favorite Things" (composed by Rodgers and Hammerstein for the musical "The Sound of Music" and interpreted by John Coltrane), taking the form of a rondò where the main melody becomes a reference and a genesis for new improvisational sections.
