Retiken is an EP by Cuperose that explores the tension between the architecture of electronic composition and the instinct of improvisation.

Composed of three tracks (Le Parole, Se tutto si spegne and Retiken), it moves through different emotional and sonic states, from the raw intimacy of the voice to the dissolving boundaries of modular sound.
Initially conceived as a full-length album, the project took shape as a more essential form, preserving the immediacy of the process and the unpredictability of live interaction.

At its core lies a dialogue between modular synthesizers, voice and silence, elements that constantly reshape each other, shifting between structure and erosion.

Recorded throughout 2024 and 2025, Retiken closes a cycle while opening another, a reflection on transformation, fragility and presence.
