SIGNAL PRESSURE REVIEW
This is not a conventional group session. It documents a controlled setup.
Two bass instruments operate in separate registers and do not mirror each other. Mauro Valli holds the low band with long, even notes and minimal movement. Above that, Giacomo “Jackknife” Valli plays short, articulated phrases in the upper range. The relationship is defined by separation and controlled interruption.
The drum kit functions as a timing reference. Snare and kick mark position rather than drive momentum. There are no fills or dynamic shifts.
Synth is used sparingly. ARP tones appear as sustained intervals that track the distance between the two bass lines. They act as measurement rather than harmony.
Side A maintains strict separation between registers. Side B allows partial overlap. Phase interaction increases briefly, then returns to alignment. There is no escalation beyond that point.
The session holds a fixed condition from start to finish.
