Nikki Nair and Foodman come together for these two tracks which distinctly blend their musical styles.
Nagoya EP started in March when Nikki decided to stop off in Nagoya while touring, to drop in on Foodman. They hired a studio where Nikki showed off his drumming skills , with both him and Foodman playing the drums which underpin the lead track 'Sorry I lost My Glasses in the Public Bathhouse', as they started to build tracks together over the day.
Following the session there were serious bouts of Foodman style hospitality; local speciality Miso Nikomi Udon, which Foodman nicknames Deep Miso a relaxing session in a public bathhouse and some drinks in the local Yakuzen (Organic Food) Bar where he often DJ's.
Across the 'net they continued building the tracks, keeping as Foodman describes 'these moments and memories in Nagoya directly embedded in the EP.' The artwork, drawn by Foodman, is a montage of the fun too.
