I was babysitting over a year ago the sweetest little girl when she had a night terror. She was hysterically crying and it almost felt like wolves were possessing her. As I was comforting her it reminded me of my own wolves in my head that possesses me every day. They tell me how insignificant I am. I almost saw myself in that little girl and my own inabilities to take care of myself.

I see it like we have our body, the now.
We have the wolves in our heads, externally created.
Then we have our internal child, the most innocent, unmoulded and happy version of ourselves.
Your body is in a constant fight trying to protect your inner child from your wolves.

The EP It takes you through a journey of trying to protect yourself from your demons, your inner wolves.
My wolves are beauty standard, self sabotage, age fear, big city rat race, patriarchy

The EP made its way to my home town in Denmark working with my dear friend rasmus W. M. Beyer and Nordisk Vokalensemble on the title track.
It felt full circle in a way
