almost records is electrified to present three slabs of prefab concrète from Niemy dotyk, the elusive solo outlet of esteemed Polish shriekmaster Mi Cirocka. Drawing on the fatal crash of the fragile into pandemonium that made their guitar groups Złota Jesień and Polsoja household names (here and there!), 'ghosted by a ghost' is Cirocka's long-anticipated ascension into pure sound, a surgically precise overdriving of a porcelain set into a wall. The flattened end product fits the boilerplates of high modernist computer music and noisenik borehole plunges alike; the protozoan thrill it captures is far beyond any idiom, and record stores are henceforth advised to stock it in their meat section. Julienned vocal cords, melting sine clusters, internal organ drones and bone-conducted nightmareware make up three wash cycles that leave the ear thoroughly defragmented.
