This album features songs that have followed me into several homes, across the span of over 3 years. It has been carefully track listed, mixed, and mastered by D.I.Y veteran Jonathan Atchley (SAD GODS, Brother Dragon)- a musician that [through meticulous editing] presented my vision as authentically and professionally as possible.
With the help of others such as Leila Grillo (Birdie Button), Jessie Banuelos, Natasha Sill, Ness Loucks, and Liaison, this project has shaped out to be quite the feat, not formed entirely alone.
After all this time, I step back and see how prominent the themes of death and love were in my writings. I hope that with this work, my bed is made (for now). These are my true selves- at different times in my life, sitting down and condensing all that I have experienced in my young adulthood into minutes of your time.
Confessions, reflections, remissions.
These are my field notes.
