Borderland gathers tracks that are mainly composed through the granular synthesis of synthetic sounds and samples of video games and movies. The title itself refers to W.H. Hodgson’s The House on Borderland, the main suggestive element of the tracks. As much as the protagonist of the narration travels through the eons and explores the universe in an oneiric vision, the tracks function as a portal and lead the listeners to different realities.
Trilogy is a fluid ecosystem in which sounds mutually absorb each other in a psychedelic osmosis.
Hex is a ritual, whose magic circle is beaten by dismantled jungle drums
In Grimoire the sounds push each other through the tangle of trees whereas nocturne beasts raise their voices among dark-ambient tonalities.
In the end Electromances offers the listener a moment of auditory divination with its industrial echoes and distorted basses.
