DJ Fuckoff and Gent1e $oul join forces on Fast Castle for two euphoric, light-hearted footwork-vs-dubstep cuts on “Freakin’ Werkz”, rounded off with a trippy techstep remix by Paris-based Beatrice M.

After sharing a studio for almost two years, DJ Fuckoff & Gent1e $oul finally got together behind the boards, keys and laptops for a couple of just-for-fun sessions. They recorded some trademark DJ Fuckoff vocals via the Bluetooth Karaoke Mic, chopped over fat wub-wobbles and shape shifting drums. “5AM Going To The Club” hits a sweeter flavor, while “Gettin’ Naughty” serves relentless dance floor pressure.

Beatrice M. signed up for a remix after hearing the first demo before they played our last Fast Castle night in March. The Bait Labelhead sprinkled their psychedelic bass magic on a deep and driving techy dub take of “Gettin’ Naughty”, perfect for headier dancefloors. Very happy to have Beatrice as the very first remixer on FC!

Initially intended as dubs or LIVE cuts, we decided that these are too much fun to gatekeep, quick digi-only release just in time for the summer!
