Rrrewind is a loose collection of songs. Kind of like the loose characters you may come across while walking the city, weaving together everyone’s parallel stories into one hallucinatory web.

Ewa’s debut EP features 5 songs written between 2020-2023 mostly as soundtracks for various performances, such as ‘Elegance’ for Arcadia Missa x Galerina in London or ‘Entertainment Tonight- Episode 1’ presented at Les Urbaines in Lausanne.

Drawing on her dual roles as a performance artist and musician, Ewa composes with movement and choreography in mind. Because her performances are free of speech, sound becomes integral to storytelling. In most of the pieces, the voice is treated like an instrument—stretched, resampled, warped, and rewound—rather than delivering lyrics. Some tracks are minimal in structure and can function like dance scores, while “Think Twice” takes more of a pop view on laziness.
