Dime lifters come barreling in broadside, at the end of 2024 with two new Xmas carols in tow.
Written and recorded in a typically ramshackle fashion over 48 hours in Greektown, Toronto, the two tracks are an ode to their heroes and the lost ones.
“Faith in Xmas” and “Little Xmas Toy” are both rants regarding the more unsavoury side of the holidays, while maintaining the duo’s signature wry humour and heavy heartedness.
All proceeds from downloads will be donated directly to MutualAidSudan.org, a coalition of groups responding to the humanitarian crises in and surrounding Sudan. Donations of over $15 CAD in the GTA come with an original Dime Lifters T-shirt (available in wide or crew neck, while supplies last).
