Unlike most releases, Ambient Textures is a little different in that it's more of an ambience-esque piece (if the title did not indicate that enough). Recently, I've been producing more ambient sounds, often to either produce as soundscape or as additional layers for my tracks; this falls into the latter category. Obviosuly, I had to edit parts so that it works as an individual release (extending the length past three minute and a slow rising bass), but the bulk of what I use this for is intact with the release. Not including automation (which is primarily just panning for a more surround experience), there's only seven layers to Ambient Textures; six originally from Audacity (before being refined in FL Studio), and one from Serum (a sub bass). Despite that small number, I believe the song feels quite wide in terms of resonances, with an ethereal execution that becomes plenitudal once all the parts come together. Anywho, hope y'all enjoy the new release!
