After two sculpture exhibitions and some teasing, we are finally launching our release series with SCAS001: BRINCADEIRA EP.
BRINCADEIRA EP is a genre-blurring fusion of ideas and influences from Hamburg-based producers Miata and Usus. The EP showcases the duo’s broad spectrum of electronic sound by weaving together diverse elements into a work that defies classification.
The opening track, “BBB” is a groovy yet spaced-out piece, featuring soft, detailed drums and a blend of organic textures with ambient synth layers.
The title track, “BRINCADEIRA” delivers a modern take on dubstep and bass music; a pure low-end roller driven by hard-hitting percussion.
Closing the EP, “RAUM” pushes the boundaries of sound design while maintaining a danceable form, resulting in a dystopian club anthem built for late-night floors.
SCAS001 marks the beginning of our commitment to releasing forward-thinking electronic sounds.
