Palica is born from the union of Arj0na and ETM, a product of common ideas and sounds from both producers. Their influences, mostly characterized by trance music along with new sounds, have been linked under the same name, giving rise to their first release “Method”, where arpeggios and nostalgic pad’s are fused with euphoric and energetic melodies.
“Method" arrives alongside Aryan Kaganof, a South African writer and filmmaker in charge of the project's footage. The combination of both tracks with his recordings results in a project that shines with its own light.
Each of the songs consists of its respective video edited by Aryan Kaganof
The images of "Sundown" are part of a project created by Aryan in collaboration with the Japanese choreographer
Tomoko Mukaiyama and resulted in a theatrical work presented under the name "Gaka" in 2018; The second "Rupture" features excerpts from "Venus In Furs", a film directed and written by Kaganof in 2001.
The original film was inspired by Leopold von Sacher-Masoch's novel originally published in 1870.
