Guayaba, the virtual artist, announces the release of their album “Ronin (浪人)”, a project that is much more than a collection of songs. It’s a difficult chapter of their life turned into music, a visual metaphor of their personal journey, and a search for a new identity. The album blends various styles, from introspective lofi ballads to vibrant Jersey Club beats, as well as House tracks and the boundary-pushing sounds of the ever-evolving Hyperpop movement.
Conceived as a short film, the album was premiered at Embajadores Cinema on December 17, delivering an audiovisual experience that expands upon the concepts behind each track.
