In August of 2024 I got covid at an Avril Lavigne show. While I was stuck at home I wrote a song a day for 5 days. The record was written in the same order as the final tracklist.

It's nice to know that if you sit still and pay attention, the songs are always right there. Like the lady says, presence is available.
