“The Rapture” acts as a companion to our previous release, “the bright pearl”.
While “the bright pearl” was composed of raw snapshots, our new album “The Rapture” is fully expressed.
It’s about digital intimacy, fatigue, mantra, reincarnation, nothing at all. It’s a bit heavy.
Rapture is the state of being carried away by feeling, or being touched by the divine.
In a rational world, there is no rapture. Yet sometimes, it feels like the rapture is happening, or that it has already happened.
The rapture is the shadow, and it’s telling the truth. The rapture is lying to you.
May we all be safe from rapture; may we all experience rapture.
