‘Take Me There’ is the feel-good second single of George's upcoming debut album, featuring his unique indie/jazz aesthetic.
"I went to spend some time alone and have a little creative retreat when writing my album. I guess my subconscious was missing my girlfriend, as I had this dream where we were in our van, out on the open road. That's definitely my happy place – I wrote this song that morning.”
The couple later shot a music video on a road trip around Ireland. This van has quite the story, which will be further revealed with George’s following single.
With his all new 7 piece band George has recently played The Great Escape and will play the Folklore Rooms monthly showcase in June just days after the single is released.
