Fizzy! – An exploration of the contradictory strata of online life.

Tam Lin’s latest album, Fizzy!, is an electrifying journey through the paradoxes of our online existence. Navigating the tension between connection and isolation, the album immerses listeners in a world where degraded memescapes, ghostly chatrooms, bot psy–ops, and hyper-glossy interfaces collide, vividly capturing the dissociation, anxiety, and joy that define digital life.

Like a sonic fever dream assembled from fragmented connections, Fizzy! warps between euphoria and dissonance. Glitch-riddled textures dissolve into pulsing rhythms, while ethereal melodies float above mutant percussion, creating a hypnotic landscape of sound. Each track acts as a portal, leading the listener deeper into an uncanny web of nostalgia, hyper-modernity, and fleeting intimacy.

Fizzy! marks Tam Lin’s debut as a songwriter, diverging from the electronica, noise, ambient, and spoken-word compositions of their previous work. This transition introduces a new layer of narrative depth. Voices whisper, mutate, and stretch across the album, introducing narrative depth to their evocative instrumentals.
