VR Chads is a collaborative project that began in 2018 between audio bambino founders Bruno Lauzon-Tanzi, known by his moniker LCL_Stream, and Holden Carroll, also known as quasistate. The two producers met while exploring the Montreal club scene, leading to a close artistic collaboration.
During its period of creation, the project of C U On Da Flipside saw many phases. Each of its tracks were completely reworked multiple times over the years, some even jumping sporadically between entire genres as the duo’s various musical interests hybridized. Their connections to the incredible artists of audio bambino massively inspired this eclectic approach.
CUODF welcomes the sounds of its numerous friends with open arms, ranging from Nujioh’s hyperclub-infusion on "Bitmapping" to a1k0's garage swings on "X-Stasium", and on “Hyperspeed” with laced's dreamy soundscapes.
