· Please tell us about yourself
· My name is Tasio, i'm 37 and I've been living in Madrid all my life. I started playing saxophone when I was a kid and then bass guitar when I was 14, and since then I knew I wanted to be a musician. After playing in some bands I started making electronic music when I was around 25 years old, and ever since then I've been doing lots of experiments with different tools and music styles. I've been always fascinated with static music but also with chaotic things like free jazz and noise, so now i'm very happy trying to mix both worlds into an interesting sonic experience than can bring stimulation to the audience, while taking them out of the musical confort zone. Last year I also started my own record label called Non-transparent, which is a way to stay active in the music world but from a different perspective. 2026 looks like a promising year!
· What does being human means to you?
· Being human is a fascinating experience. I guess it means being alive, feeling things both good and band. The human experience is full of wonder and curiosity if you have an open minded attitude. It is for sure a very surreal experience and i'm happy to surf the wave!
· What’s your most favorite way of resting?
· Nothing beats a good 7 hours sleep! I also love listening to ambient music while travelling on buses or trains.
· What’s your favorite personal secluded/quiet spot where you can be with your inner self?
· I would say being alone with nature is definitely a good quiet spot. Sometimes it can also be a quiet day, listening to some of my favourite music, alone in the living room.
