Uncovering the unknown has been the lifeblood of Image Research from the very start. Communing with artists from across the map who exist in the deep corners of electronic music.
Demi O (one of many monikers by the cryptic producer Samsuo) is one such artist whose work is constantly and quietly evolving. His newest collection of tracks, ‘Now & Then’, takes us further into the mysterious mind behind it all. Deep and dusty samples against propulsive house rhythms paint serene nighttime visions of lonesome walks that recall bittersweet memories—hazed-out black light rooms filled with the air of uncertainty and change. Poetically charged but always grounded and physically aware. Tracks that will lead you out into twilight and guide you back home again, safe and sound. - HPT
