An album to celebrate the magic of images in our minds’ eyes. With the participation of musicians and filmmakers Bug Bus Piano, Ry O’Toole, Jasper Spicero, Valo Sonoro, Michelle Blades, Bertrand Bonello, Nicolas Mollard, migu, Julia Tarissan, Tryphème, Ben Shemie, Jenna Castetbon, Alex del Rio & Eduardo Williams.
The project started at the beginning of the summer, as the label approached its second anniversary. A desire to bring together artists close to the label, with whom we have collaborated to release original scores; with other artists we admire for their visual and/or sound work. Thanks to their generosity, we've compiled this album of 11 unreleased tracks from films, film projects and from their previous works. Whether or not you're aware of the images associated with the music, the listening will plunge you into a introspective journey that draws from the heart of our personal experiences and our imaginations. « Images for Love » celebrates the magic of images in our minds' eye.
The mastering was made by Antoine Richard, the cover by Lily Weinbrand with a painting by Mona Glassfield.
All benefits will be donated to the Palestine Film Institute to support their work
