Recorded in Bogotá between 2010 and 2011, “Rock Pa Tu Madre” captures Sicotrópico’s raw, guitar-driven sound.
Soon after, bassist Antonio Sánchez left the band, marking a turning point: we shifted from a trio to a duo, running bass and backing vocals through sequences on stage.
With this setup, we won first place in the Rock al Parque 2012 eliminations and launched the national tour “Rock Pa Tour Madre.” This album holds deep meaning for us, as it defined a new path where Sicotrópico thrived live with just drums, guitar, and voice.
