In the wake of the spate of wildfires that devastated the city of Los Angeles, longtime leading LA experimental music label Leaving Records put together a massive compilation to raise money for those impacted, with 50 percent of the proceeds going directly to music colleagues and the other half to Black families and communities affected by the fires. The compilation has a whopping 98 tracks, only two of which are streaming on Nina, so if you want to bask in the full bounty of music here—and it really is a bounty; the compilation includes everything from an unreleased Andre 3000 collaboration to Laraaji to Nite Jewel to far too many great names for us to shout out—and if you want to help a city that continues to rebuild, it’s not a hard choice: give the release a purchase. All proceeds go to the label.
