All the songs were composed during my seclusion during the 2020 pandemic, as a way to relieve stress during that turbulent period. Every afternoon, I would sit facing the tree-lined square (which is on the album cover) to play an acoustic instrument, and amidst the sounds of birds and nature, the songs took shape. The album was recorded at home, preserving the ambient sounds of nature precisely to faithfully reflect those creative afternoons of relaxation and reflection.
