The second project & first EP by Liverpool-based, Electronic music artist/producer Elijah Right? UNDEAD NIGHTM★RE is a patchwork of horror-infused beats made between December 2025 and February 2026. Influenced by a horde of hyper-modern Hip-Hop production styles, as well as horror video games from Resident Evil to Red Dead Redemption's DLC [Undead Nightmare].
The title track and closing track - "DE★TH NOTES" - incorporate a playful energy akin to the music of Luigi's Mansion, while the swirling string samples of "THE OLD GU★RD" conjure grandiose, gothic imagery straight out of a FromSoftware game.
The project as a whole is in reverence to the many creepy and colourful nightmares I have previously experienced and subsequently forgotten. Moreover, it serves as a soundtrack to the hideous dreams the Cowboy mascot is currently facing as he falls into an eternal slumber 🤠, blissfully unaware of the not-so-afterlife awaiting him.
The project is currently unavailable on major streaming services; however, it may be uploaded in the future. For now, it can be streamed/purchased on Soundcloud, NinaProtocol and Bandcamp.
