For this second digital Various Artists release with a charitable purpose, we gave each artist carte blanche to develop their own universe. The result is a 50-minute journey where contemplative tracks coexist with more corrosive sounds, creating an eclectic Ambient compilation.

On the first half of the compilation, the focus is on more electronic sounds, the modular synth abstractions of LY Foulidis and Acasta Gneiss merge with Days Like Television’s dystopian instrumentation, while the nebulous Illbient sounds by MAU DRARI blend with the lo-fi synth pop of Law of Glances.

The second half meets more acoustic sounds, starting with Temir Alcy's haunting vocals and rhythm, before giving way to Zemlya's twilight guitars.
Followed by an ecstatic monolith from the quartet made of Thisquietarmy and Qumrân Grounds Ensemble, the journey then winds down with a hazy piano piece by Lazzaro and concludes with Reggy van Bakel's melancholic, yet hopeful orchestration.


All profits from the sale of this compilation will be donated to Nativitas, a day-care center in the heart of Brussels, their focus is on reintegrating people who are destitute, isolated or in a precarious situation.
Each 2 euros donation enables us to offer a menu served in their restaurant (consisting of soup, hot dish, coffee/tea and dessert) to people in need.
