Hovering above the hazy sheen of Los Angeles sits a prism of refracted light and mysterious energy. This is where we find ‘Phosphor’, the latest collection of songs from LA-based producer/wizard Glo Phase.

Through various sonic explorations, Glo Phase has been distilling their sound meticulously over numerous releases including his standout ‘Early Moments’ on 100% Silk in 2021. ‘Phosphor’ opens the same doors of cosmic perception even further. Chromatic synth structures stand like statues on vast technicolor dreamscapes. Swinging, tumbling percussion deepens the flow as grooving, milky bass lines pour over top. Every sound vaguely familiar, a lost recollection, flickering in and out of the frame. Yet, there is still something so undeniably fresh and emotive about these tracks, blending comfort with the unknown.
