Your cake should be innovative, unique but still sellable

Uh, then you’re lacking some knowledge

You should learn the language of cakemaking, memorize it, but then forget it and make up your own language

Nufaro is a Dutch based band exploring the boundaries of pop music by experimenting with sound design and unconventional arrangement aiming to challenge conventions and clichées of songwriting. More than creating collections of songs, they adopt a storytelling perspective and create long narratives that inform their work, with strong references from the ‘70s psychedelic rock approach. They have been together since 2022 releasing their first album “N u f a r o” in 2023 under the name of Lida Brouskari.

They continued working together under the name N u f a r o recording their next album “The Unsatisfied” live at De Roode Bioscoop, Amsterdam in 2023.

They will release their 3rd album in September 2026 in collaboration with Jipo Records.
